As a member of the WFN, I have aided other departments on campus in recruiting female faculty when the specific department had no female faculty members. My mentor-mentee relationships have been mutually beneficial. We have supported each other during joyful times and through trying experiences. We enjoy each other and talk, laugh, eat (especially chocolate), email, are honest with each other, and share our lives. Finalists: Dr. Louise C.
